A cracked supply line or an overflowing appliance doesn't check the clock before it ruins a floor. Hirex Water Damage keeps Flood Damage Cleanup crews and equipment staged inside Climax so a technician can be at your door quickly.
Hirex Water Damage didn't start as a franchise looking for a new zip code to expand into — it started because Climax homeowners kept describing the same frustrating experience: a national hotline, a long hold, and a subcontractor nobody vetted. Every technician you'll meet is a direct Hirex Water Damage employee, not a subcontractor pulled from an app.
Our lead technicians hold IICRC water restoration certification and have worked jobs ranging from a single soaked bedroom to a fully flooded commercial floor, which is why Flood Damage Cleanup in Climax is treated as a specialty, not a side offering. You're protected from the moment our truck reaches your Climax address, thanks to full coverage and proper Climax, NY licensing.
Because our gear is staged locally rather than shipped in, Climax response times run well ahead of a typical national franchise.
Anyone in Climax who's had a mid-night plumbing failure knows that every extra minute of standing water means more material soaked through. That gap between a fast, equipped response and a slow, improvised one is exactly what Hirex Water Damage was built to close.
Staying current on restoration techniques matters as much in Climax as the equipment itself, which is why training isn't a one-time certification and done.
Plenty of the worst jobs we've walked into in Climax started as something small that got put off for a few weeks. Here's what tells our team a Climax property needs a professional look rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Climax line and we'll give you a straight answer on urgency.
Whether it's a small residential leak or a large commercial loss, our Climax teams size the crew and equipment to fit. We list these as distinct services because each genuinely requires different tools and training, not interchangeable labor.
Our Climax units carry truck-mount extraction pumps that pull standing water out fast, cutting exposure time from days to hours. Moisture mapping follows every extraction so we know which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans rely on moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden Climax moisture is trapped, with daily logs so you can watch the numbers improve.
For Climax homeowners, that means flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything salvageable, with photo documentation at every stage for your insurance file.
Multi-unit and commercial properties in Climax get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment for the real square footage, not a token setup — a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Climax crews are trained for that exact protocol.
Every Climax drying job includes preventive antimicrobial application aimed at heading off mold before it starts.
You'll see a written estimate before any equipment runs on your Climax property, not a mystery total after the fact.
Because equipment is staged inside Climax, most calls see a technician on-site in under an hour.
Our paperwork is built to match what Climax, NY adjusters expect, so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
We don't call a Climax job finished until the meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
Our Climax team asks just enough to send the right-sized crew, not a generic single technician every time.
Our nearest available Climax crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount gear on board.
We extract immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where Climax drying equipment needs to go.
Daily moisture checks continue on every Climax job until each material reads dry, and you get a full report at the end.
Every Climax job closes based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say so. If a callback within 30 days shows lingering moisture from the same loss, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That commitment is written into every Climax work order we issue, not just mentioned in a sales pitch. We try to return the same crew for any callback so the person handling it already knows the property and the original readings.
A guarantee only means something if it's backed by documented numbers, which is why every Climax job closes with instrument readings attached.
